TASTING NOTES FROM THE BREWER
Pouring green and clear with a thick white head that laces the glass all the way to the last sip. Light malt characteristics you’d expect from your draught with subtle hop aromas which make this the perfect beer to enjoy on its own or with a meal. Perfectly balanced, it finishes dry with a light bitterness.

TASTING NOTES FROM THE BREWER
The beer is a refreshing ale, its straw coloured with a haze, medium body with a lingering lightly bitter finish. The flavours are balanced; bready from the malt, a light herbal hop character with pear and red-apple skin from the yeast. The combination makes for a tasty session ale. It’s pretty easy to understand why this is a Australian classic.

The beer is bright and has a deep golden colour. Aromas and flavours of citrus and sweet tropical fruit: tangerine, mango, melon, papaya and pineapple. The 8.5% alcohol is deceptive; the beer has a light body, and a resiny texture that slides over your tongue, the mouth-feel and fruit flavours cause the beer to drink far easier than you probably imagine. It’s a big beer, with big flavours best enjoyed when you’re looking to try something new!

A classic German style pilsner, the beer pours a light gold colour, topped with a brilliant white, tight foam head. Gentle herbal and floral aromas on the nose, light mouth-feel and well balanced herbal hops and bready pilsner malt flavours supported by a light bitterness and a pleasing lingering hop flavour. An easy drinking pilsner with enough flavour to keep you interested, but not too much to get in the way of enjoying the warm weather. Prost!

Every brewer's pinnacle of perfection, this beer is all about balance, trying to get the perfect combination of malts and hops.
TASTING NOTES FROM THE BREWER
This is your classic American Pale Ale with an Aussie twist. Copper in the glass with a thick off-white head. Expertly selected malts coupled with some classic hop styles make for a moreish beer. Expect a piney and resinous nose with a hint of citrus. This Pale drinks with a pleasant bitterness followed by the malt sweetness that balances the beer.

It's all about the Haze. This style has grown in popularity over the past few years and has now become a classic. Still about the hops but sweeter than a Pale.

Pillowy white head sitting on a juicy yellow hazy beer. Big tropical fruit including passionfruit with hints on citrus and stone fruit fill your nostrils before that first sip. Thick and juicy on the palate, this beer drinks easy with a low bitterness and big flavours.
