The warming spring afternoons are simply perfect for the Classic southern German wheat beer style
TASTING NOTES FROM THE BREWER
Banana is the aroma that immediately catches your nose, although it isn’t a true banana smell like eating a piece of fruit or ordering a banana blast at the juice bar, more like unwrapping a banana paddle pop from the service station. Combine that with mild bubble-gum and subtle leather-like clove, all layered over a hazy golden full bodied beer and you have an incredibly refreshing and interesting warm weather quaffer.

To brew a great version of a classic beer style
Tasting notes from the brewer:
Golden hued with a white head; this is what people expect beer to look like. Traditional hops and malt give herbal, floral and bready flavours with a firm bitterness. A great version of a classic beer style, it will be enjoyed by anyone who enjoys good beer.

Upcoming Christmas Season!
TASTING NOTES FROM THE BREWER
This year we are taking a leaf out of the Belgian Christmas playbook and producing a beer to mark the occasion that is inspired by their long history of festive ales. Raisins, dates, figs, prunes, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice all get added into the kettle to help us bring out the Christmas cheer.
Subtlety and balance is the key, with those flavours lightly intertwining with the natural spice and fruit notes of the expressive Belgian yeast strain. We think that this is the perfect celebration drink. Merry Christmas

Oktoberfest is the perfect excuse for our brewers to make yet another smoke beer ( their favourite style)TASTING NOTES FROM THE BREWER
Beechwood smoke is what this beer is all about, but don’t let that fool you though because there is more to this beer than might first be assumed. Bacon like smoked aromas waft from the glass as this light amber lager is first poured, but as you slowly sip your way through this Bamberg inspired delight these flavours and aromas begin to soften and mingle with delicate malt flavours of breadcrust and cracker. All of this tied up in a very lean and drinkable lager. Try this beer now before the brewers drink it all by themselves

This is your classic American Pale Ale with an Aussie twist. Copper in the glass with a thick off-white head. Expertly selected malts coupled with some classic hop styles make for a moreish beer. Expect a piney and resinous nose with a hint of citrus. This Pale drinks with a pleasant bitterness followed by the malt sweetness that balances the beer.AWARDS
