    INSPIRATION
Keith wanted a “real stout” for winter.

    TASTING NOTES FROM THE BREWER
A stout that pleases stout lovers. Pours with a satisfying black colour, when held up to the light the beer has ruby highlights. In the mouth the beer has body, but it has a lightness which adds to the drinkability. On the nose it’s distinctly roast cocoa, when you swallow a mouthful the big flavours are roast coffee and cocoa. But, the beer has a lot of complexity that develops as the beer warms and you work your way down the glass; can you taste liquorice, toffee or ash? It’s An old school “real stout” that makes Keith happy!

  • STYLE   German style Pilsner

    ABV / IBV   4.7% / 30

    MALTS   Pilsner

    HOPS   Magnum, Hallertau, Perle

    INSPIRATION

To brew a great version of a classic beer style.

    TASTING NOTES FROM THE BREWER

Golden hued with a white head; this is what people expect beer to look like. Traditional hops and malt give herbal, floral and bready flavours with a firm bitterness. A great version of a classic beer style, it will be enjoyed by anyone who enjoys good beer.

  • STYLE   Belgian Blonde

    ABV / IBV   7.0% / 25

    MALTS   Pilsner, Munich & Wheat

    HOPS   Cascade & Magnum

    INSPIRATION

Because this is Claire’s favourite beer style!

    TASTING NOTES FROM THE BREWER

This style is a classic for a reason and this beer lives up to expectations. A pale coloured ale, with a pillowy white head, the beer invites you to take a large mouthful. Soft bready malt flavours are accompanied by gentle fruitiness from the yeast. The key behind the beers success is how easy it is to drink at 7% alcohol; the beer is flavoursome, but the flavours are soft and gentle and don’t stop you from enjoying a large glass. If we lived in Belgium this might be an every day beer, but this time around it can be savoured as a special treat. Santé!

    TASTING NOTES FROM THE BREWER

It’s a big IPA that is full of flavour and way too drinkable for 8.5% abv. The star of the show is an Australian hop called Eclipse that has been generously added throughout the brewing process. A light golden colour, peach, guava, mango on the nose and in the mouth alongside candied orange and mandarin.

    TASTING NOTES FROM THE BREWER

The beer is hazy and has a soft mouthfeel. But, forget about that – this beer is all about the hops,  lots and lots of hops that make it  pop with nectarine, peach and pineapple flavours.

    TASTING NOTES FROM THE BREWER
This is your classic American Pale Ale with an Aussie twist. Copper in the glass with a thick off-white head. Expertly selected malts coupled with some classic hop styles make for a moreish beer. Expect a piney and resinous nose with a hint of citrus. This Pale drinks with a pleasant bitterness followed by the malt sweetness that balances the beer.
